Richmond Raceway’s KDRA Super Stock Nationals/Pro Late Model Firecracker 30 Reset for Saturday September 26

Richmond, KY(September 20, 2015) Richmond Raceway co-promoters Larry, Chad, and Sarah Yantz will have the 3/10 mile red clay oval known as “The Beast of the East” in action again on Saturday September 26 as the track will present the KDRA Super Stock Nationals sanctioned by the American Dirt Allstars paying $2,000 to win and the Firecracker 30 $1,500 to win event for the REVELution Race Cars Pro Late Models, along with all other divisions in action.

Heat races for this event were in progress on Saturday September 19 when Mother Nature intervened with rain and forced postponement of the program.  However, it will now be an entire new program on Saturday September 26 and race teams and race fans that were not in attendance on September 19 are welcome and encouraged to come for this event.  Of note, all race teams and race fans that were in attendance on September 19 will need to show their general admission ticket or pit pass bracelet to be readmitted on September 26 at no charge (if you were there and do not have your ticket or pit pass bracelet and come back, you would be required to pay again to be able to attend).  Also, race teams that were in attendance on September 19 will also have free transponder rental as the entire show was not complete and is now starting over.  Also, if individuals cannot attend on September 26, they can use their ticket or pit pass from September 26 at the October 3 Beast of the East Clash season finale and just pay the difference in price.

Richmond Raceway will present the KDRA Super Stock Nationals and rescheduled Firecracker 30 on Saturday September 26 as the American Dirt Allstars sanctioned KDRA Super Stocks will race for $2,000 to win in a 30 lap main event and the REVELution Race Cars Pro Late Models will race for $1,500 to win in a 30 lap main event.  Also on the Saturday September 26 racing card will be the Barry Turner of Century 21 Advantage Realty Super Late Models racing for $1,200 to win in a 25 lap feature event and Modifieds will be racing for $800 to win in a 20 lap feature contest.  Completing the racing program on Saturday September 19 will be the Four Cylinder division racing for $300 to win in a 12 lap main event and the Warlock Race Cars Mini-Cup/Cyclones racing for $100 to win in a 10 lap feature event.  All divisions in competition will utilize the practice/time trials format to determine heat race starting positions.  RACEceivers are mandatory in all divisions and must be used by the driver each time he/she is on the racing surface in their race car and transponder scoring is also used by the track.  It is pertinent that all drivers be at the track and signed in by 5:45 p.m. to help insure the program starts in a timely manner.
