Richmond, KY (May 29, 2016) Richmond Raceway co-promoters Larry, Chad, and Sarah Yantz will have the 3/10 mile semi-banked red clay oval known as “The Beast of the East” idle for the next couple of weeks, but will return to action with the Saturday Night Showdown for the American Dirt Allstars AR Bodies KDRA Super Stocks and Four Cylinder Fury for Pro-Tow Towing Stock Four Cylinders, along with a full racing program for Sonic Late Models, Phantom Racing Gear Modifieds, and Warlock Race Cars Mini-Cup/Cyclones on Saturday June 18.

 

Brandon Hutchinson Bags ADA KDRA Super Stock Victory at Richmond Raceway

Richmond, KY (May 28, 2016) The American Dirt Allstars AR Bodies KDRA Super Stocks would race for $1,200 to win on Armed Forces and Kid’s Night at Richmond Raceway on Saturday evening and Brandon Hutchinson of Hi Hat, KY would claim the victory and $1,200 payday.  Other feature event winners for the evening included Tommy Bailey of Corbin, KY in Sonic Late Models, Keith Smith of Stanton, KY in Phantom Racing Gear Modifieds, Shane Irvin of Liberty, KY in Pro-Tow Towing Stock Four Cylinders, and Josh Dickerson of Richmond, KY in Warlock Race Cars Mini-Cup/Cyclones.

 

Armed Forces and Kid’s Night/KDRA Super Stocks $1,200 to win at Richmond Raceway Saturday May 28

Richmond, KY (May 22, 2016) Richmond Raceway co-promoters Larry, Chad, and Sarah Yantz are hoping for some cooperation from Mother Nature so racing action can return to the 3/10 mile semi-banked red clay oval known as “The Beast of the East” on Saturday May 28 as the track will present Armed Forces and Kid’s Night, featuring the American Dirt Allstars sanctioned AR Bodies KDRA Super Stocks in action paying $1,200 to win, plus a full racing program in all other divisions.

 

Mother Nature Claims Third Straight Checkered Flag at Richmond Raceway

Richmond, KY (May 20, 2016) Richmond Raceway track promoters Larry, Chad, and Sarah Yantz absolutely cannot catch a break with what has been an extremely wet weather pattern in Kentucky for most of the month of May as the promotional trio has had to cancel their third straight scheduled event due to Mother Nature.

 

Kid’s Night and Stock Four Cylinders $750 to win at Richmond Raceway Saturday May 21

Richmond, KY (May 15, 2016) Richmond Raceway co-promoters Larry, Chad, and Sarah Yantz are set for clay slinging dirt track racing action to return to the 3/10 mile semi-banked red clay oval known as “The Beast of the East” on Saturday May 21 as the track will present Kid’s Night and a $750 to win special for the Pro-Tow Towing Stock Four Cylinders, that was originally scheduled for April 30 but was postponed due to inclement weather, along with a full racing program in all other divisions.

 

Butch Shay Memorial at Richmond Raceway Postponed Due to Saturated Grounds

Richmond, KY (May 13, 2016) Richmond Raceway track promoters Larry, Chad, and Sarah Yantz have had to make the unfortunate decision to postpone the 2nd Annual Butch Shay Memorial that was scheduled for Saturday evening May 14 due to the heavy rains the track has received during the week.  Track officials will be working over the weekend to set a make-up date for the event and that will be announced as soon as it becomes available.
